12 DIVISION OF WORK ALLOCATION OF EACH SMALL PART OF WORK TO THE EMPLOYEES AS PER THEIR INTEREST & EXPERIENCE, THAT LEADS TO SPECIALISATION ORDER ORDERLY ARRANGEMENT OF MEN,MATERIAL & MACHINE AT A FIXED PLACE

13 FAIR REMUNERATION REMUNERATION PAID TO AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FAIR & JUST. FAIR WAGES GIVE SATISFACTION TO THE EMPLOYEES,WHICH ARE DECIDED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE MINIMUM WAGES ACT,FINANCIAL CAPACITY OF THE CONCERN & AMOUNT PAID BY THE COMPETITORS
