10. Phase One Features Widens U.S. 90 from four to six lanes. Elevates U.S. 90 travel lanes above Albertson’s Parkway. Replaces/widens bridges over BNSF Railway. Constructs new North and Southbound service roads. Eliminates J-Turns. Optimizes access to adjacent properties.

11. Design/Construction Timeline Design activities begin in February 2014. Construction work begins in mid-2014. Estimated completion in mid-2017. Access to private properties will be maintained throughout the construction effort. Routine lane closures will be limited to off-peak travel times.
