3 Key local issues: Monthly deficit reducing April – September – (£1.4m per month) October – March – (£0.6m per month) Activity still high but key targets being met More work needed on 10 High Impact Changes Turnaround teams to start in April

5 Strategic Review update: “ To have two clinically viable hospitals within a financially viable Teaching Foundation Trust”

6 Strategic Review update: “ Hot and Cold” option ruled out Closure of Community Hospitals ruled out BUT DO NOTHING IS NOT AN OPTION
