15 Receiving consortium funding Q: For Community College Fiscal Agents - how will they know when they have received their monthly apportionment? What is the process?

16 AEBG Online System (cont.) Same system that we used for AB86. Use the same passwords. Need to update your CBO password. **Important Notes** Under AB86 you reported by quarter. Under AB104 (AEBG) you will report every 6 months. So there will be 5 reporting periods for the AB104 consortium $$ The online system is still broken down by quarters (sorry). Don’t let that confuse you!!!

17 AEBG Online System - Budget Step 1 – have your password ready. Step 2 – click on the right grant (15-328-XX) AB104 Don’t click on the 13-328-XX AB104 – that’s the old AB86. No fiscal agent or have a new fiscal agent? Make sure you select the right consortia name. (New names - Foothill- DeAnza, Mid Alameda, Los Angeles, South Bay (San Jose), San Diego, Napa Valley, Riverside, and Santa Clarita Valley). Step 3 – Select the button “application budget” Step 4 – Select “Enter/Edit Data” Step 5 – Enter data and then “certify”
