Example: it has been a long term trend that people wear blue jeans (trend), however the type, style and colour vary according to the time period (fad)

6.  Future Business Way?? – Business owner employs only enough people to do the core business work. All other business needs are outsourced  What is Outsourcing?  The contracting out of a job that used to be done by a unit within the organization.

9.  What does this mean to You! more small and medium size businesses that service larger industries and governments they are more flexible to adjust to new trends current job growth – self-employment, small businesses (1-99 employees), and medium sized businesses (100-499 employees) Therefore: you must learn flexible skills and you will probably work for a smaller business or for yourself
