2 Fourth Grad Cohort (PhD and MS) o2004 – 1st year graduate students – 100 applied; 100 accepted o2005 – 1st and 2nd year students – 225 applied – 200 accepted o2006 – 1st and 2nd year students – 326 applied - 200 accepted o2007 – 1st and 2nd year students – 279 applied – 245 accepted

3 Workshop Goals Overall Goal: establish cohorts for women in graduate school … and oHelp with strategies and information on navigating grad school oTips on joining the CSE community oEarly insights into career paths oOpportunities to get to know a variety of successful, senior women oOpportunities to network! oAssistance in the formation of a cohesive cohort peer support group
