2. Rosa Parks
December 1, 1955 was the day she couldn’t take it anymore, Parks refused to obey bus driver , the bus driver demanded she give up her seat in the colored section to a white passenger, after the white section was filled.
Rosa parks did not move because she thought she didn’t have to because she thought everybody had the same rights.
Rosa parks was not the only person who had been asked to move seats and they didn’t and they were arrested as well.
She sparked the 381 day boycott that led to the desegregation of buses in the south.

His dad died when he was 6, his mother was put in a mental home and he got put in a foster home.
When he was 20 he went to prison for breaking and entering.

He was an associate of justice since July 2nd, to January 24th, of the united states supreme court.
was a lawyer who was best known for his high success rate in arguing before the Supreme Court.
He then became a judge .
He was a strong defender of civil rights until resignation from the supreme court in 1991
