12. 11 Scrubs  Meet NFPA standards.  Laundered daily by hospital facility.  “Tuck-in” drawstrings and scrub top.  T-shirts must be worn. 2.4.2

13. 12 Scrub Suits  Personnel leaving must wear a cover gown or lab coat  Change daily, when soiled or wet  Warm-up jackets

14. 13 Surgical Head Covers  Clean & lint free  Bouffant & hoodstyle preferred over skull caps  Completely covers hair & facial hair  Linen hair covers must meet standards

15. 14 Shoe Covers and Shoes  Required upon entering O.R. (Designated shoes)  Cloth shoes do not provide protection.  Removed upon exiting the O.R.

16. 15 Masks  Worn in O.R. rooms when sterile supplies are open.  95% filtration rate  Cover mouth and nose and sealed at the sides  On or Off  Remove by strings
