If an alert is generated, the Alerts! link appears at the top of the Interactive Dashboard page. A specific Alerts section can be added to any dashboard page, and an Alerts section then appears automatically on the first page of My Dashboard.

Configure three settings: Priority: High, Normal, Low Data Visibility: “Personalized” or “Not personalized” Run As: If you select “Not personalized,” you can specify the user ID that is used to run the data (in other words, mimic that user ID).

Recipients –Yourself (not required) –Others Subscription options –Select whether or not to publish the iBot and who subscribes to the published iBot. Recipients can be determined conditionally by the results of a request.

A cache-seeding operation enables administrators to run requests on dashboard pages (or requests stored in the Oracle BI Presentation Catalog) and to create an Oracle BI Server cache. Cache-seeding speeds up response time for users when they actually run the requests on the dashboards. If data already exists in the cache for a given query, the data is deleted and refreshed when the iBot runs.
