23 Draw a large circle on your placemat. Draw a smaller circle in the center of the placemat.

24  Divide the large circle into 4 sections  Mark each section 1- 4  Count off 1-4 at your table 1 23 4

25 What are the “hot topics” that are the most pressing or urgent for your schools? Individual Brainstorming for 2 minutes Record in your section (1-4).

26 Teammate 1 shares ONE item. Teammates discuss that item. If there is consensus that the item is a hot topic for all, Teammate 1 records a synthesis of the item in the center of the placemat, seeking help with wording if needed.

27 The process is repeated with Teammate 2, then 3 then 4. The process continues until all items have been discussed. Total of 15 minutes

29 What knowledge, skills, and training do you need to support your work? Work with your team to complete the chart. (15 min) Be ready to report back to the whole group.
