A longer question from our Q & A format According to the world, outside of the church, it appears that the Church of Christ is a result of the Reformation and that we are a relatively young religious group. Where did Christianity thrive between the time of the early church and the 1800’s when we go “on record”? Was it up to missionaries to start/maintain congregations until Bibles became available in their language? Explain the strength/weakness/ spread of the church outside of the “holy land” area.
