3. Project No. 28500 Activities in this project may stop given the creation of the three new proceedings.

4. Protocols Docket, 31540 Designation as a “docket” means that it is a contested case under the Administrative Procedure Act. Ex parte prohibition applies to the docket; don’t communicate to the Commissioners or the “advising staff” about an issue of law or fact in the docket, except through written pleadings served on the parties or in meetings scheduled for the docket.

5. Protocols Docket, 31540 The Commissioners’ “advising staff” in the docket include their aides, staff in the Policy Development Division, and Adrianne Brandt. Commission staff not part of the advising staff include staff in the Wholesale Market Oversight Section.

6. Protocols Docket, 31540 On the agenda for the September 8 th Open Meeting. Parties’ lists of issues due September 13 th. Scope of docket is scheduled to be addressed at the September 21 st Open Meeting.
