The Crucified Savior Every step Jesus took led Him to the cross Isaiah prophesied His death for sinners (Is 53) John the Baptist called Him the Lamb of God (Jn 1:29, 36) Jesus revealed His coming death to His disciples (Mt 20:18-19) On the cross, He was the figure of forgiveness (Mt 27:29-50) The dying thief found forgiveness (Lk 23:43) All who come to Him find peace and eternal life (Jn 3:16, 6:37)

5. The Coming Savior Christ, who died and rose again, will come again He must come to fulfill His promise (Jn 14:1-3) Are you ready for His return?
