3 Planning  Idea vomit  What do you want to do?  MAKE A PLAN  Realize your goals

4 Organization  Narrow down ideas  What works? What doesn’t?  Set an order of operations (what to do and when to do it.  Understand your priorities

5 Operation  Implement your organized plan  Have decided who is doing what? (Play your strengths)  Have backup plans (Especially for rain)  Be prepared for some things to go wrong. (Something always will)

6 Progress  Review plan’s actions  Decide things to change/keep  Address flaws  Reward extra effort

7 Where can you POOP?  POOP all over everyone you have to work with.  POOP on your school work.  POOP on your family gatherings.  POOP on your friends when you plan a trip.  POOP EVERYWHERE!!  Even POOP yourself when you need to. (Don’t worry, everyone does it.)  But we’re all here to POOP on the Lodge.
