2. Topics TOPSIM – General Management is a management simulator program that effectively makes a link between theory and practice in business management. The simulator presents a realistic model of a corporation, thus allowing participants to develop a hands-on, no-risk, quick and practical experience in business decisions. It is an effective mean to teach and learn business, which is by doing business.
