6 Successful Access to Services  Project Homeless Connect 640 volunteer, 705 clients  System of Care Full implementation, staff hired in Early 2008 Linking to Adult services workgroup Youth Point in Time- July 2009  Housing First/ Housing Plus project Housing for New Hope, Housing Support Team Fall 2007

7 Successful Income  Durham Technical Community College Career Readiness Certificate DCIA Seed money grant for scholarships for $30 cost  Partnerships with Financial Institutions Suntrust PHC 2008-9 Savings Accounts  SOAR Program Coordinator Housing for New Hope
