In this scene Amber visits her friend Michael and Asks him what’s up, he says “Not Much, Just messing around on my computer”. Visuals 2. Amber asks Michael if he finished homework for a class and he said he was just finishing it up.

2. Visuals 3.3. Michael’s computer crashes and he has not submitted his homework yet! Visuals 4. Then Michael asks Amber what he should do.

3. Visuals 5. In this scene Amber suggests they go to the help desk. Visuals 6. Michael thinks it is a great Idea, he never thought of that.

4. 7.7. Then Michael and Amber walk to the help desk. 8.8. Michael and Amber get greeted at the help desk.

5. 9. Michael asks if he can get help fixing his computer and the person at the help desk says “Of course” 10. Michael tells her what he was doing when his computer crashed.

6. Visuals 11. The lady at the help desk explains what she did to fix the problem and to come back if they have any more problems. Visuals 12. Michael says thank you for your help, and the lady at the help desk says “No problem”!
