4 3 © Oliver Wyman 3 Key Elements of IATA’s PAO-TO Commitment IATA has obtained Airline and OEM commitment to work towards a 2020 timeline for all newly manufactured aircraft and components to be delivered with paperless records Industry standard electronic templates -Non-incident statement -Airframe maintenance agreement -Engine maintenance agreement -LLP traceability template -ARL / AIR -IPC, RSPL e-Signature will be a critical process enabler to include: -ID relationship management scheme providing recognition of processes, records and sign- offs -Release certificates (e.g. FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 with Spec2000 Ch16 specs) signed and transferred electronically Contact Chris Markou (markouc@iata.org) To Get Involved
