3. Introductory letter Dear friends in Sport,
we are pleased to inform that 1st Edition of ECA CUP will be held in Kaniow, Poland.
After organizing European Club Championship in 2015 in Kaniow (Poland) next great canoe polo tournament has been assigned to us!
Kaniow is probably one of the best European canoe polo venues, designed and built few years ago specifically for the organization of such competitions.
Organizing this event is not only a pleasure for us but also again a great challenge. Having in mind our experience after organizing European Club Championship in 2015 we will do our best to meet all your expectations towards those tournament.
We will get back to you with more details soon. Feel welcome to send your inscriptions. We can’t wait to greet you in Kaniow!

10. Key dates 8 weeks before the tournament End of inscription
7 weeks before the tournament Acceptance sends back to the federations
4 weeks before the tournament End of nominal entry
2 weeks before the tournament timetable to the teams and federations
1 day before the first match Referee briefing 7 p.m., Teamleader meeting 8 p.m., Opening 9 p.m.
After the last day of matches Price giving 4 p.m., Closing ceremony 5 p.m.

12. Entry fee and prizes
According to ECA CUP rules the entry fee per Team (also „B” Teams and Teams from out of Europe) for each Tournament is 150€
Money prizes will be awarded for first, second and third in each category after last tournement. 50€ from each teams entry fee and tournament will be used as prize money.

15. Accomodation, meals, transfer from airport
Accommodation details - we will offer 3 options:
- Campsite (with own tents) - 2 Euro / per day / per person (on the competition venue)
- Caravan (3-4 people fit in one caravan) - 40 Euro / per day / per caravan (on the competition venue)
- Hotels Euro / per day / per person (close to the competition venue).
Catering details, we will provide:
- Breakfast – app. 6 Euro / per person / per day
- Dinner (incl. soup and main course) - app. 10 Euro / per person / per day
- Supper (hot meal - pasta most probably) - app. 8 Euro / per person / per day
Transfer from airport:
For teams which decide to come to Poland by plane, we can offer a transfer from the airport (Katowice or Krakow). Price depends on number of players and equipment. (app. 200 Euro per team – includes transfer from and back to airport after tournament)
