Personality Career Mating Project Choosing a career is a complicated process that is based on a number of things, including but not limited to - Interests - skills - work-related values - personality What will our system Do? Our Project will Assess the personality of each individual and suggest Based on it the Carrier path that best suite the person’s personality. Further to this the system will suggest the major best suite his personality and will advise which Job can he can take after graduating with a statistics of the Pay per job. Also the system will recommend the best Universities based on the Major choosen

2. Career Truths Your major will guide you to your career. Your career choices are lifelong decisions. Your career decisions should be based on the current job market. Your career decisions should be based on what best suite your personality Based on before points, it is really important to take such a decision based on scientific facts.

3. What is PC Mating? Personality and Career Mating is a web based application, that based on some specific answers that you answer about yourself (that should be answered honestly) will assess your personality and recommends what majors are suitable for you. Further more the system will gives you an update market search on the Salaries and the recommended Universities for the selected Majors

What are the personality types There is 16 types of personalities that all derive from 4 Preferences: – Extraversion and Introversion – Sensing and Intuition – Thinking and Feeling – Judging and Perceiving A person can only be one of each category (i.e either Sensing or Intuition, either thinking or Feeling)

5. What are the personality types (2) Any combination of these 4 Preference will give us a Personality type. In total we will have 16 personality types; Each type will have its specific personality and Common Carreers. 6. What have we done so far? we have prepared a small prototype, that will show the workflow and the logic behind our project, the data and question in the project are still dummy data. We are still missing 2 parts: - A good GUI - Update relevant question.

8. Future Plans The future plan of the Application is split into 2 main parts: 1. Updating the questions, and enhancing the graphical interface of the application 2. Integrating the Salary market search and the university recommendation for each Major.
