2 Goals and Indicators n -- All students regardless of ability or handicapping condition, will: n Goal-I Learn to the best of their abilities n Goal-II Learn in a warm supportive caring environment n Goal-III Graduate with the ability to compete successfully in work/school

3 Performance Indicators n Goal I n I-b Each year 5% increase in students reaching advance level of proficiency in each level n I-a 100% of grades 1-9 will pass each of proficiency/off year test n I-c There will be a 5% increase each year in seniors graduating with honor diplomas

4 Progress -Goal I a n Average of all proficiency and off year test for, grades 1-9 n (new cut scores for off year test start 1999)

5 Progress -Goal I b n Percentage of advanced level for all proficiency and off year. n (new cut scores 1999)

6 Progress -Goal I c n Percentage of seniors graduating with honors diploma

7 Performance Indicators n Goal II n II-a Yearly student surveys will increase.7 in positive ratings on “students treat each other with respect” n II-b Increase.7 in rating on “our teachers care about the students” n II-c Staff survey will show 1.0 increase in rating of “Our staff is collegial and works well together”

11 Performance Indicator n Goal III n III-a On Business Advisory surveys, employers rating average of new FR graduate employees will improve 1.0 in 2yr. n III-b 100% of students will reach age/grade appropriate Tech benchmarks set by district tech committee n III-c Senior surveys will show 20% increase on “exposure to career choices”
