2 Business Practices What are business practices anyway? Business practices are methods, procedures, processes or rules followed by the Department in the conduct of its business affairs in connection with letting of construction contracts.

3 Business Practices What is the objective of sharing these business practices? To minimize errors, inconsistencies and rework in the preparation of 2010 contract documents. It will also serve as a communication tool to share lessons learned and to disseminate new or revised business practices that will evolve as we use the 2010.
