Management Surgeries: Monday 11 th & Wednesday 13 th January 4-7pm The current phase of block redecorations is now complete (Otho & Nero Court). Gas supply Nero Court – Properties which had lost their gas supply following a leak have now had their supplies reinstated; National Grid’s contractors (TRiiO) used a new method of repairing the existing supply pipes. We await further information on their approach to planned works elsewhere on the Estate. Syon Park wall/BBQ area pathways – this work is progressing on schedule and will be finished before Christmas. This will be a huge improvement on the previous path and improve access for all Dock residents. Lighting – the remaining street lights are due for delivery in early January and as soon as we receive them they will be installed.
