2 “PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMIC OF LABOUR” DEPARTMENT  The department is headed by Doctor of Science in Economics, professor Nazarova G.V.  The department consists of 27 teachers, 3 of them have a scientific degree of Doctor of Science Economics, 21 - the degree of candidate; 3 - the title of professor, 18 – associate professor 18 – associate professor Specialists are prepared by

3 VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION PROFILE OF SPECIALIST  owns a complex of knowledge in strategic management, motivation and development of staff, corporate social responsibility, creative management, recruiting, staff audit;  provides effective management and improvement in organizations in any sphere of the economy;  conducts administrative, economic, informational and analytical, consulting, educational activities;  uses the knowledge of the economic, civil and labor law, as well as intellectual property rights
