5 Eclipsing Binary Project Status One of the target stars in our current project is V1191Cyg in the constellation Cygnus. This system is at an inclination of approximately 89 degrees to the plane of the ecliptic and is a potential system to view a planetary transit should planets exist in orbit around that system. One of the target stars in our current project is V1191Cyg in the constellation Cygnus. This system is at an inclination of approximately 89 degrees to the plane of the ecliptic and is a potential system to view a planetary transit should planets exist in orbit around that system. Over the past two years Russ and I have collects images of this system. I have collected over 53,000 images and Russ has many as well and we are well into our data analysis and potential object search.
