3 The American with Disabilities Act of 1990 Protects the rights of citizens who are disabled Guarantees equal opportunities

4 Section 508 In 1998 the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was amended by congress –provides the standards regarding disabled individuals –applies to federal agencies when they develop or maintain technology
