Commodities are never ‘free’. Someone must pay, and today commodity needs are not adequately reflected in budget planning. We must be prepared to invest in stimulating markets, governments and health insurance to take on the long term ownership of enforcing reproductive rights. Finite resources mean tough choices about where to play to achieve most lasting impact.
