4 Hong Kong Under Chinese control since 1997. 150 years ago, a small fishing village. Huge growth in part due to refugees from China Lightly regulated. One country, Two systems.

5 Hong Kong 7 million people 95% Chinese 2% Filipino 3% Other Government owns all land. High quality of life.
