3 BELL RINGER (9/17/13) The four behaviors that reduce the risk of Heart Disease and Cancer seem easy to understand and follow. Why do so many people ignore these behaviors, putting their health at risk?

4 BELL RINGER (9/20/13 ) Refer to Figure 2-2 (pg. 26). Choose one health objective and provide ideas on how to meet the objective.

5 WELLNESS VS. HEALTH Wellness is the knowledge, behaviors, and habits that you use to have a positive impact on your health!
