Cost Comparison The motion elements in Modified MiniMill™ cost between 1.5 and 2 times as much as those in the standard MiniMill™. This there is also an increase in the cost of the carriages in the Modified MiniMill™ due to more material and machine required There the Modified MiniMill™ Also requires the added cost of clean and dry air supply. Lifetime costing and machine accuracy will decide if the added costs of the Modified MiniMill™ are justified.
