4  Total Quality Control is a system that coordinates the workout about the units like marketing,engineering,production and customer service in order to form and develop the quality for supplying the customer demand economically.

5  WA Shewhart, the statistician of Bella Telephone Company,began to promote the industrial control chards in 1930s.He talk about the lack of quality control which was done in order to solve the problems due to the lack of coordination and consumer demand that could not be supplied during this time.As the result of the working which was begun by AW Shewart and Edward Deming and Josep Juran,who follows them today,total quality management emerged.
