7. Survey Protocol Updates The Survey Administrator at each school provides each staff member with a unique access code for survey security and to take the survey independently. Brad Adams (District Super User) will generate accounts for all teachers/staff for Principal and AP Surveys (including SLI’s and SSA’s) and email the codes to the Survey Administrator. Please ensure that the Survey Administrator gives the correct codes to classified employees and certified employees. Brad will separate the codes in the attachment of the email to each school. The district determines the number of accounts generated for each school, and it can be edited. Surveys can be accessed on the Log In page.

10. Survey Protocol Updates Anonymity of teacher and staff responses must be ensured. Staff will sign a verification form to confirm receipt of the logins/passwords (protocol appendices).

11. Survey Protocol Updates Principal will determine the best alignment of staff to assistant principals for survey purposes. All staff survey the Principal. Brad Adams (Super User) will monitor the number of surveys completed at each school site.

12. Survey Protocol Updates Any certified staff member (other than those in leadership/administrative roles including principal, assistant principal) may assist those staff members requesting technical support. Technical support may include computer access as well as literacy support.

13. Survey Protocol Updates A read aloud option is available. Administration time is typically 20-30 minutes. Data is accessible on the platform to the leader and evaluator 24 hours after 15 or more staff members have completed the survey.
