Our Scripture readings, prayers and songs of praise focus on God’s blessings of marriage and homes that are centered upon Christ and His forgiving love. 8. OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus gives us his true body and blood. We express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of our church or the WELS. Visitors and guests who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

Trunk or Treat News  Where: Key to Life  When: Sunday, October 28th from 4:00-6:00 pm.  Please see the Trunk or Treat display in the entry.  We need candy donations, vehicle displays, business sponsors and lots of members to be involved since this year’s Trunk or Treat is going to be bigger and better than ever!

12. NEW MEMBER SUNDAY ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21st, WE WISH TO FORMALLY WELCOME AND INTRODUCE OUR NEWEST BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST WHO HAVE JOINED OUR ST. PETER FAMILY IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS.

14. Hobby Night  October Over Night - Friday, October 19 th from 6 pm - 8 am.  Back by popular demand... we will be doing a Taco/Nacho Bar pot luck.  Check the church entry Information Center for a sign up sheet for the potluck!
