4 C O A L I T I O N Corner #2 Audit Your Program Identify program change opportunities –Process map the current program Survey employees –What are the most frequently asked questions? –What are the most frequently requested exceptions? –Analyze current costs, demographics, attrition rate among transferees Survey managers –Identify reasons for unsuccessful relocations –Identify factors related to reluctance to relocate

5 C O A L I T I O N Corner #3 Define Policy Objectives Establish written objectives –Strategy and priorities should reflect desired outcomes… Reduce costs? Reduce exceptions? Improve employee willingness to relocate? Process improvement? Confer with senior management to get endorsement –Recalibrate if necessary
