The Spanish Navy Virtual University (UVICOA) is now more than 6 year old and, from its very beginning, it has been seen like a way of transforming our Navy in a more operational organization. We, in the Naval Education and Training Directorate, are convinced that we are heading the right course by promoting the use of new technologies in education and training, making our people to get familiar with the working tools of the twenty first century.
