3. 3 2. Introduction We recognized the problem of current e-cash System. So we analyze the current situation of e- cash at the point of management and technology Especially the Korean environment of implementing the e-cash.

Definition of e-cash In a broad sense, everything digitized that has the function of money In a narrow sense, virtual money allowing real-time payment over the internet – in cases of B2B, B2C, C2C transactions Two types of e – cash Network type : Supporting the electronic payment system using the value that is transmitted and stored to the PC from cyber bank Smart card type : Plastic cards embedding chips which involve the value and user’s information
