4 PRODUCING THE QUESTIONS 1.Follow the Rules for Producing Questions. 2.Number your questions. “The First World War killed fewer victims than the Second World War, destroyed fewer buildings, and uprooted millions instead of tens of millions – but in many ways it left even deeper scars both on the mind and on the map of Europe. A Qfocus can be a simple statement, a quote, an image, etc.—anything to get you thinking and generating questions about the topic.

5 IMPROVING THE QUESTIONS You might have these two kinds of questions in your list: Closed-ended questions – they can be answered with “yes” or “no” or with one word. Open-ended questions – they require an explanation and cannot be answered with yes” or “no” or with one word. www.rightquestion.org
