2. THE PROGRAM  Discussions designed to engage in democracy.  Help develop political voice.  Partnership with community groups across Canada.  Safe space for ideas and exploration of roles in society.

3. HOW DO WE BENEFIT?  Opportunity to share.  Address issues.  Take action.  Meet and learn from others.  Build knowledge.  Part of a national project.

4. THE FORMAT  Adaptable to needs.  Can be from 1.5-2 hours long.  Group size from 5-30 chumps participants.  Can be done repeatedly, if needed.

5. THE TIMELINE  Part 1: Samara delivers DT to AMS Council & Executive (mini-pilot)  Early December (8 th 10am-Noon OR 17 th 6pm-8pm)  12-15 people preferred  Part 2: Pilot with entire Council  “DT Council Professional Development”  Build programming for future councils

6.  Part 3: Samara presents DT at SUDS  August 2015  Present “Student Union Council Professional Development” pilot at SUDS  Access to Student Union peeps from across Canada  Part 4: Build self-efficient DT programming as a part of AMS council retreat  Pilot in Summer 2015 if successful!
