2. Chapter 4 – Lesson 2 God is merciful and merciful and gives us laws out of love. God’s mercy is his forgiveness and love. God told Moses that he wanted to make a covenant with the Israelites. They are to worship God alone, and they will be his special people. God then gave Moses the 10 Commandments, laws that we still live by today.
