3 Wednesday 10.28.15 Content Objective: Today we will analyze the author’s purpose in “Sinners in the Hands of An Angry God” and write an essay that analyzes the rhetorical devices he uses in order to convey his purpose. Get your prewriting packets You must write your essay in pen Write ONLY your ID # on the top of the page You have 45 minutes to write your essay Turn in all prewriting in a separate stack Critical Issues Projects are due on Friday; you MUST share it with me in class on Friday whether it is done or not. We will be checking that it is shared.

Just be sure your thesis answers the prompt you wish to discuss and frames your entire essay.

I will be checking.

Get a laptop and log in to Googledocs Work on your GoogleSite Be sure you have a MLA Works Cited page Share with me by the end of the period—it is late if it is not shared with me when you walk out the door Create a 3-4 minute screen cast presentation that highlights your topic and your super cool site—by Thursday.
