3. As we pray for this afternoon’s celebration, let us call on help from Jesus and Mary for us to have the sincerity, courage and consistency in saving our world, Mother Earth, from all kinds of harm. Let us also seek forgiveness for whatever we have done, be it consciously or unconsciously, that pollute our environment or harm other living things.

4. Let us pray for our brothers and sisters, most especially for our fellow Filipinos who continue to be indifferent to the environmental problems. May we be always be aware of our responsibilities as stewards of God’s creations. May we always be grateful for the gift of our Mother Earth.
