3. 3 Purpose of audit: The Atlanta Public School System requested the Urban Collaborative Team to conduct a self-improvement audit in order to: Examine current practices and procedures of the Program for Exceptional Children (PEC) Understand the perception of stakeholders regarding the provision of special education services
