2. HCEC (HEALTH CAREERS EVALUATION COMMITTEE) What is it? Cornell’s HCEC serves those who apply to health professional schools that request a university letter of evaluation. You are not required to use HCEC, but it is recommended. How do I use this service? You will have to register at Barnes Hall and pay a non-refundable service fee (~$190).
