9 Changing times is difficult, it hard for some than others The world has changed, programs can be on at anytime – Programs will be streamed allowing listeners to time-shift – At our new studio presenter’s can time-shift by pre-recording and / or voice tracking their programs – Options to podcast for those that want more time This will be another consideration for the Programming Committee when allocating airtime but not the only one. Preference is given to those that meet the format for the timeslot, if all else is equal.

10 Saturday – Board to approve draft / circulate to members – Opportunity for members to provide feedback Late January – A members meeting to formally approve the policy (ideally the same meeting as we outline the arrangements for the new site) – This is required before the Programming forms are sent out to ensure that it applies in the upcoming round. – If passed, information will be included with the application forms. 2013 – Prior to the re-allocation the grid would be reconsidered
