4 1. Longevity- All LED parts are guaranteed for five years. There is a 5-year warranty. 2. Color- The color can be changed. They can repaint it to any color desired. Landmark would be happy to show all of the nearly 1,000 color possibilities. 3. Guarantees- every single monitor is guaranteed for five years. All labor is guaranteed for one year. There is a two-year guarantee on installation. 4. Current sign. Yes, the current marquee can be modified. But the cost is difficult to ascertain due to the need to make modifications to fit the LED sign within the current marquee. A new cabinet would need to be built to hold the unit. 5. Script. Yes the Rialto Square Theatre script could be moved to another part of the building. Answers

5 6. Protrusion over Chicago St. The new sign would be almost flush with what is out there now. At most the differential would be 8 inches. 7. Making changes to the current sign. Yes. Landmark would be happy to make changes to the current sign. Yes it would be a cost on top of what is already been paid. 8. Having a second opinion. Yes. Landmark would have no trouble with a second opinion. Rialto still owes Landmark 250,000 for the newly built sign. Once that is paid, Landmark would be happy to proceed with whatever direction the Rialto board would like to go. The only money owed would be for installation of the sign. Answers continued
