9 S.W.O.T Analysis Committee Identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Identified themes in findings relevant to focal areas The analysis suggested – what we need to build upon, what we need to change, what areas we can optimize, and what areas need to managed or countered Led to the suggested key planning assumptions Submitted report to Oversight Committee that includes S.W.O.T. analysis, themes, and planning assumptions

10 Oversight Committee Receive the input from SWOT analysis Adopt the key planning assumptions Recommend the vision, mission, and key priorities Recommend one or two key goals for each key priority
