“Their” is a possessive pronoun! “There” is pronoun for “that place”. It is also an adverb. “They’re” is a contraction of “they are” There’re is a non standard pronunciation of “there are”

Subject What the sentence is about…. The main “noun” part of the sentence…

Predicate The action part of the sentence. What the “subject” does or experiences. The “verb” part of the sentence. Without both parts- subject and predicate- you do not have a complete sentence. You may have an utterance, but not a complete sentence.
