Be careful with hot plates, Bunsen burners, and other heat sources.
Hot glass and cold glass look the same, be careful!

Never point the open end of a test tube at anyone.
Horseplay, and fooling around in the lab are not permitted or tolerated at all. This includes using water bottles as water guns.
Never taste chemicals or touch them with your bare hands.
Always clean your lab station and wash your hands with soap and water before you leave the lab.
