NOT ONLY for Rotary Clubs experiencing difficulties. District does not interfere in or seek to influence the Club Visioning Process.

6 © International Vision Facilitation Committee What Is “ Club Visioning ” ? A dynamic tool that helps define a shared vision for your Club. It generates shared commitment and creates a framework to establish goals & objectives. It ensures everyone is pulling in the same direction with a common destination in mind.

7 © International Vision Facilitation Committee Why Is A Vision Needed? A vision supports continuity, enables consistency and leads to consensus. It leads to a multi-year coordinated plan instead of annual cycles of “re-inventing the wheel”. Encourages new leaders in the Club to step forward.

8 © International Vision Facilitation Committee How Club Visioning Works Club agrees to invite the Visioning Facilitating Team to visit. A representative selection of Club Members to attend. Must include President, President Elect and as many Club Officers as possible.
