The government is the people who are in charge of making rules and laws of our country.

A resident of a city or town, especially one entitled to vote and enjoy other privileges there.

7. What is a rule?
something that a group of people have to follow and is not enforced by police or government but may be enforced by a leader of a group.

legal document setting forth rules governing a particular kind of activity

9. Activity
You will write three rules that you would use if you were the principal of the school. You will then draw a picture with it.
When done with this you will be given a worksheet and decide which is law and which is a rule we follow at school.
